1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) defines the procedure for processing and ensuring the security of personal data of users of the NODES service (hereinafter — the Service), carried out by the self-employed Kryakunov Daniil Romanovich (hereinafter — the Operator).

The Operator processes the User's personal data solely for the purposes of providing access to the Service's functionality, User identification, ensuring feedback, analyzing Service usage, and improving its quality.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data processing is carried out based on the User's consent, expressed by accepting the terms of this Policy and the User Agreement upon registration with the Service.
4. Scope of Processed Data
Personal data processed by the Service includes: email address, data about created content (nodes, cores), as well as technical information collected automatically (IP addresses, cookies).
5. Processing and Storage Procedure
The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures for its protection. Data storage is carried out on servers located within the Russian Federation.
6. User Rights
The User has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to clarify, block, or destroy it if the data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
7. Final Provisions
