1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) is a legally binding document between self-employed Kryakunov Daniil Romanovich (hereinafter — the Grantor) and the Internet user (hereinafter — the User), arising in connection with the use of the NODES service.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Grantor provides the User with access to the Service's functional capabilities for personal record-keeping, habit tracking, and data visualization under a non-exclusive license.
3. Registration and Security
The User bears full responsibility for the security of their credentials and for all actions performed under their account in the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
Software code, design, and other elements of the Service are objects of intellectual property of the Grantor. Use of Service elements without the Grantor's consent is prohibited.
5. Payment and Subscription Terms
Paid services (Pro subscription) are provided on a prepaid basis. Access to digital functionality is granted automatically after successful payment. Refunds are regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an 'as is' basis. The Grantor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising in connection with the use of the Service.
